We may suspend or withdraw access—for example during security investigations—without undue delay where justified, normally communicating material reasons unless prevention of harm requires silence.
Variation
We update these terms periodically. Material changes alter the Effective date banner; continued unreasonable use absent objection after conspicuous notice does not waive mandatory consumer safeguards.
Governing law and courts
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes arising from this website relationship. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live where UK law gives you that right.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
